At RocketsShop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your sports equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Package Your Gear

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, resalable condition.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
